Before work begins
If an eligible project is cancelled before work starts, payments may be refundable less non-recoverable processing charges, purchased assets, licenses, or other agreed third-party costs.
After work begins
Completed work, approved milestones, consultations, research, creative exploration, reserved capacity, and time already used are generally non-refundable. Any eligible refund would normally relate only to the undelivered portion of the agreed scope.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, software, advertising spend, licenses, stock assets, platform fees, and similar third-party charges are generally non-refundable once incurred.
Refund requests
Submit a written request with your name, service or invoice reference, payment details, and reason. Requests should be reviewed against the signed service agreement and applicable law.
